British Foreign Secretary David Lammy was warned for fishing without a license while hosting U.S. Vice President JD Vance in England. Lammy called it an “oversight,” bought a license, and reported himself. The violation could have cost him £2,500, though he only received a warning. Ironically, Vance’s kids caught fish, but Lammy did not.
